If booking a family room, the price quoted is for 2 adults and one child. Additional children (up to 3 in total) are charged 12.50 GBP per night. Please let us know at the time of booking how many children.

This spacious room boasts a super king-size bed, a full-size set of bunks and a sofa-bed. Ideal for up to 2 adults and 3 children between 7 and 14 years of age. This room can also be booked by just 2 adults, if they wish to enjoy the luxury of a large, comfortable room. A bright and airy shower room makes this the ideal room for families or couples. The views to the front of the property are extensive, through a large bay window. Not only is there open parkland opposite, but also lovely views to the slopes of lower Chelston.

Restaurants and Bars
Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:15, however the hotel is happy to offer an earlier breakfast if this is required. Evening dinner is served at 18:00 and can be ordered on a daily basis if required.
All produce used is fresh and locally sourced for both breakfast and dinner.
The bar/lounge is situated on the ground floor. The charming dining room is down a flight of stairs at semi-basement level. If the stairs are a problem for diners, a table can be laid and meals served in the bar lounge.
Directions
From the M5:
- Exit at junction 31.
- Follow the A38.
- Join the A380 signposted for Torquay.
- Follow the A380 to the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot.
- Continue along the A380 then join the A3022 into Torquay.
- When you arrive at Torre Station/Halfords, follow signs for the seafront/English Riviera Conference Centre.
- Continue onto Avenue Road.
- Continue down this road, over a set of traffic lights and The Brandize entrance is on the left-hand side, approximately 50 yards past the set of traffic lights, opposite the playing fields.
- The entrance to the car park is a slope, with both level and hill parking.
